It's what they call experience - but nobody likes their home buying experience to be a bad one. Good News - The ABR - Accredited Buyer's Representative Program The National Association of Realtors (NAR) recognized the need for specialized training to assure that Home Buyers enjoy the protection they should have when they buy. This avoids the potential for the Bad Experiences! Bad News - The ABR program is not mandatory... it's voluntary! At the moment there are very few ABR designated Realtors available out of the 5400 Realtors that are currently practicing in Calgary. Good News - I'm "Accredited" so you're covered. |
