CONDO People need CONDO Specialists I became licensed in 1988 with CREB (Calgary Real Estate Board) as a Residential Realtor. In 2000, the "Condominium Property Act" of Alberta was proclaimed into law. I had previously avoided condo work but now I became excited to market condo properties. I took every Condo educational program available. My volume of condo work steadily increased and in 2005 I became a condo owner myself. That same year I became involved in the management of my condo complex by being elected to serve as the President of the Board of Directors.
My experience with and love for condos had grown exponentially in a very short time. In 2006, my Real Estate Board created a specialty designation program. I completed that program earning the CREB designation of CCS (Certified Condominium Specialist) In 2009 I completed the ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) program earning the ABR Designation. I do serve buyers and sellers of single family homes but today I work almost exclusively with Condos. Marketing CONDOS is 90% of what I do
